Anna Godfrey

Biography

Anna joined the Inrush team in 2021 as an Assistant Engineer and has since become one of our Systems Engineers. They joined the team after graduating from SAIC, where they spent several years as a show host on Free Radio SAIC, then were hired as the station’s Production Manager. Working as a production manager is where Anna first discovered their love for the technical side of broadcasting. After working for Free Radio they ventured into the world of indie podcasting, creating two successful podcasts and appearing as a voice actor on several more.

Their affinity for broadcast media stems from a childhood love of radio shows such as Thistle and Shamrock, and This American Life. Anna lives in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood with an amount of books that exceeds any reasonable bookshelf and several very determined plants.
