Hayley Delaney

Biography

Through skillful handling of operations, accounting, and logistics for the team, Hayley keeps the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly. Her experience identifying trends through historical data, forecasting sales and expenses, managing resources, and tracking contract fulfillment is crucial to helping the Inrush team grow without compromise. She comes to Inrush after excelling in business analysis and sales roles at Marriott International and Sheraton Grand Chicago. Hayley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from DePaul, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018.

Outside of work, Hayley is a dancer, choreographer, and board member for Echo Modern Dance, a non-profit dance collective in Chicago. She also enjoys baking, reading, and going to concerts in her free time.
