John Rybinski

Biography

John Rybinski is a recent addition to the Inrush Team. He began consulting with the company in 2022 – but has been fortunate enough to watch the company grow from its infancy. John graduated from Elmhurst University in 2011 and has worked in the Financial Sector for the last decade. His day-to-day with the company includes operational and financial strategy, compensation, budgeting, and benefit analysis. John attributes the success of Inrush to the company’s culture – caring about the people that work here and for the clients they serve.

John is a Chicago native who enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as, watching baseball, reading, and attending concerts.
